By using Telvaz Player, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Telvaz Player is a media player application. It allows you to play media content from playlists you provide (M3U/M3U8 URLs, local files, or Xtream Codes API credentials). We do not provide, host, distribute, or have any control over media content accessed through the app.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you access.
• You must ensure you have legal rights to access any content.
• You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your playlist credentials.

4. Content Disclaimer

Telvaz Player does not endorse, promote, or facilitate piracy or copyright infringement. We have no affiliation with any content providers. We do not verify the legality of content accessed through user-provided playlists.

5. Premium Features

Some features require a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are governed by the respective store's policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for stream availability, quality, or content. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to remove the app from stores at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
